The world’s most-visited entertainment resort spans roughly 30,000 acres, encompassing four theme parks, two water parks, five golf courses, and the Disney Springs® Area. There’s no shortage of things to do here: begin your day at Magic Kingdom® Park by boarding Space Mountain® Attraction, a rocket-shaped three-seater that climbs to 180 feet before entering a deep black tunnel and racing past stars, satellites, and constellations. After that, ride past the ghastly goofballs inside The Haunted Mansion. For dinner, head over to Epcot® to sample cuisine from Morocco, Mexico, France, Italy, and several other countries at the World Showcase. As one of the most popular family destinations in the world, sunny Orlando is home to other theme parks including Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Orlando.

Amazing location and all you need for budget Orlando trip! We have stayed here three times since 2017 now and it's just perfect location-wise for visiting Disney! we visit Florida 2-3 times a year and always choose this hotel for our budget stay. It's clean, has an amazing pool complex - we always ask for a room by the "mickey'" shaped pool, its across the road from a 7/11, a Walmart and all the food places! its so worth it for the time you spend in a hotel room when in Florida! rooms are large and we have always found them clean!

Not a Bad Hotel, Customer Service Sucks First off rooms were not bad, no bugs and as clean as an older motel can get. Beds were comfortable and there was a large mini-fridge. Now we move on to the problems, basic customer service. This resort stated they would obtain 3rd party ground transportation for airport transfer. After arriving at the airport I called the hotel directly, the individual who answered did not give his name and told me they don't do that and I should find my own ground transportation, then hung up. No help there and I considered that a bit rude. I'm not a local and have never been to this airport before, lucky I did have back up in the form of a ride in the bed of a pickup. We were at the hotel quite early, so even with reservations, I wasn't surprised to be told by the lady at the front desk (no name tag) no clean rooms were available yet. No problem, understood completely. The 5 of us with our all our luggage sat down to wait in the front lobby with a clear view of the desk. Two hours later one of our group noticed people getting room keys. I went to the desk to ask about a room and she said yes they were ready. Disappointed they didn't come to us. Very upset about the lack of help on the phone and in person. To me this is an epic fail. Employees need more customer service training, lack of these skills is obvious, especially by the two employees arguing at the front desk. Not a pleasant end to our vacation. Would not recommend due to lack of customer service and ground transportation.
