My stay I was highly impressed at the cleanliness and the friendliness of the hotel. Derek good night front desk guy was awesome he gets two thumbs up and I believe the lady's name was Joni she gets a thumbs up and your housekeeping staff gets a two thumbs up. Whoever is doing the hiring has done a good job. The Tempe red Lion is where we stayed oh, and the next time I'm back in that area I will be staying there again. I have a service dog animals for welcome. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay that we have there. From Joanne Norris and Melissa Frank

Go your way We stayed in this hotel in mars 2020.
The 23rd of march, we went to take our breakfast, so we closed the bedroom.
When we came back, my belongings was gone (my ipad pro, my iphone x and my Louis Vuitton purse).
I called the room maid, because the bedroom has been cleaned during our breakfast.
We spoke with her to understand the situation and she told us that someone entered in the room, this person pretended to be the owner of the room so she let him take some stuff (my belongings).
We called the police and the hotel manager.
In my opinion, the hotel is responsible because 2 persons that aren’t customers can enter the hotel, take a breakfast (no employee controlled them), and stole everything in your room. There is no security.
I am still waiting for the refund, but I have no news from the hotel management (l’ve lost 2000€ and all my identities card and it’s not my fault)
So I don’t recommend this hotel, because if you have any problem they don’t take the responsability.

Called it home ! We stayed here for an unexpected amount of time sold our house stayed here until we found another home. Even through Covid lockdown! I can’t say enough about the management, staff and the ever so helpful ladies who cleaned our room and made us feel so welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel (they even put up with our large lab for the entire stay ! !Very clean rooms and grounds ! they will go above and beyond to make you happy ! Very accommodating! Highly recommended!
