Impeccable Service, Clean Rooms, and Fresh Coffee: A Peaceful Escape I visited this hotel in September for my first solo trip in a while, which also doubled as a solo conference. I’m glad I chose it! The staff were excellent—always willing to help. The location is convenient and accessible to many places, and it’s wonderfully quiet. The rooms were spotless with fresh, clean sheets. While the food options for international travelers were a bit limited, the good coffee and fresh fruits more than made up for it.

Horrible Booking Experience Hotel canceled my reservation I had since November the day before I was supposed to check in on 3/31. Was told it was because the room flooded, but I called again and got told something else. Just like other reviewers have said, they likely cancelled my room because I booked at a good price just to turn around and put the room at triple the price. This happened to me and three others...luckily the companies we booked with were able to assist and get us into other hotels. Do not recommend this hotel -- what's the point of booking early just to get my reservation cancelled 24 hours before check in? After reading the reviews, seems I lucked out when my reservation was cancelled since this property doesn't seem to care about people who make plans in advance. Marriott is normally such a good brand, but this hotel should be ashamed of themselves. Left a google review like the others did and the other negative good reviews disappeared.

Overbook BEWARE: they oversell and you won’t get the room you booked. Booked a 2 bedroom suite for a family of 6. At check in notified overbooked so we were given 2 separate rooms on different floors, dividing our family. Doesn’t work at all for us.

Hard Beds Nice clean property. We were there for Cowboy Thanksgiving game. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The bed was very firm. Very very firm. :) They gave me a foam mattress topper which helped very very little. The speaks to their attempt to be accommodating. Also because this is an extended stay property they did not provide daily room service, just towel exchanges. That was my fault for not doing a little better research. So I will not hold that against the Residence Inn. I only gave them three stars because of the HARD BED.

Great location and friendly staff, but bad beds. Pros: The staff was very friendly, the pool area was nice, everything was clean and we loved having the kitchen in our room (even though we hardly used it, lol). And the location of the hotel is excellent! Right in the middle of a lot of tourist-friendly things, such as the AT&T Stadium and Six Flags. Negative: The bed in our room was smaller than we thought it would be and it was very very hard. Both my husband and I woke up with sore backs. The breakfast was okay, but the options were quite limited. All in all an okay+ hotel.
