In Pigeon Forge’s historical town center, a cluster of old-fashioned specialty shops and restaurants forms the Old Mill Square along the Little Pigeon River. Inside the mill, a pair of 4,600-pound granite stones has been grinding grain since the early 1800s.

Great staff, clean rooms If your there for a lot of activities and just need a place to lay your head this is the spot. Great staff, clean rooms and a comfortable bed. The new owner is doing a lot of upgrades including new flooring and larger TV's. Upgrade to the river view rooms, it's worth it!

Great place to stay just off the Parkway overlooking the river. Check-in & out is the best we’ve ever had. I loved that we could check- in by email or phone. There’s no cleaning before you leave just taking the trash to the parking lot. Parking was readily available but tight as they were full during our stay. I do wish there had been more handicap parking. The ladies in the office are great and were readily available to help us with any questions, even after the office closed for the day. We stayed in #204. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 full baths, a small fully equipped kitchen for families, with a 6 seat dining table next to it. The living room was open with a fireplace and TV. You have 1 bedroom and bath on the right as you come in and the other bedroom and bath is on the other side of the living room. Our favorite part during the stay was drinking our coffee on the balcony over looking the river or just sitting outside on it talking. The balcony is spacious with 4 outdoor chairs and table. River Place Condos is located just behind the Parkway, but secluded from the noise that occurs on the Parkway. This was our first visit to these condos because we normally prefer to be further out from the city, that is until this trip. It was nice being 5-10 minutes(due to heavy traffic) away from anywhere on the Parkway or Dollywood. There is a nice size outdoor pool also. We will be back and hopefully can get the same condo.

Great Condo and Location. Condo was nice and clean. Great location for walking to a lot of places. Eating places within walking distance. Walgreens at corner of street. Close to Leconte Convention center and Island. Fun family time
