STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!! This hotel is NOT clean and has ants/bugs in multiple rooms. Woke up first morning to a bug crawling across counter. Then that evening when we returned from the park there were ants on the desk/counter top. Moved to another room that we NOT clean and had sticky stuff on the desk. were moved to another room which too was dirty. The next evening moved to another room and it had ants on the desk area and a bug on each bed. Finally moved to the last room and all seemed good until waking up the next morning to find bugs in the sink. If I could give a -10 star I would. I did speak to a manager but they would not give a full refund. There were also ants in the rooms of the ones we were traveling with. After reading some of the other comments it seems there have been ants before. This is a real issue.

Loud music by the pool until 11.35 pm (because we complained, it could have lasted all night?)! You can't sleep! We spent 2 nights in this hotel in order to go to Disney World. We made a road trip in Florida, so we were quite exhausted when we arrived at the hotel. We have 2 children: 10 and 13 years old. We got a room by the pool (literally in front of the pool!) where the music plays all day as from 9 am. The pool closes at 10 pm. We thought the music at the pool would stop. It didn't. We called a first time just before 11 pm. They said they would take care of it. 11.15 pm, still loud music. We call the front desk again. They say they will take care of it. 11.30 pm, still loud music (reminder, we have two children and we wanted to get up early to go to disney). They say they will take care of it. Finally, around 11.35 pm, the music stopped. You would think that they would not make the same mistake again the next day. Sure they did. When we came back from disney around 10.30 pm, music was still playing! We again had to call the front desk a couple of times before they took care of it (and hung up on me). Other than that: rooms are very old fashioned and you get 1 small shampoo bottle for 4 people. I would certainly not recommend this hotel.

Fantastic Hotel! My family and I have just returned to the UK after a 2 week stay at the Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista. We had read reviews previous to booking, so we knew what to expect, and it was all pretty much spot of. The hotel itself is spotless, everything works and the grounds are continually maintained to give a crisp look all the time. The staff were superb, from reception, security, restaurant, maids and shop staff, in particular the blonde haired lady who sold me my American sunglasses I had to buy twice because I lost the first pair, she was lovely, very friendly and remembered little details I'd told her days before, credit to her. The room was pretty much as expected, basic, but everything you need and clean! There was a hint of damp and faust when you first walk in, but fades after a while of you living in it. We had a motorway facing room, which wasn't that bad during the day, but did require ear plugs in the night. The pool was great, prefect size for the property and providing poolside towels was a great touch to save you using you're own. The park shuttles worked very well, a great free addition to the hotel, the drivers were always friendly and punctual. We ate in the restaurant on a few occassion, a grate selection was on offer, something for everyone and always kept clean. Perfect locations for parks and local amenities. Lovely hotel, will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. Let the saving begin......hopefully see you in a few years _
