The king room is very nice queen very friendly staff. The casino is nice and clean also very friendly staff.
We will definitely be going back. The fire pit outside was nice and relaxing.

Room was roomy, extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered in a hotel. I do not get on elevators, so a staff walked me around to the outside door each time I needed to enter the hotel (there were no stairs inside the hotel). There was nothing to complain about. We would definitely stay again!

Clean, modern, felt brand new! We have never been to Saratoga Springs so we relied on the reviews on Trip Advisor to find us a good place to say. We have never been to a casino hotel before so we didn’t know what to expect. Our expectations were exceeded, especially for the very reasonable price per night. Check in and check out were easy. The hotel itself seemed to be impeccably cleaned. The room we stayed in felt luxurious and brand new. We have paid double to triple the amount per night in other hotels for much less. The only thing we were missing was some place to get food other than the steakhouse. We did drive to the town center to find breakfast and lunch but that was not a big deal to us at all. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be back to this hotel.

Clean and service was exceptional. It be very crowded in the summer months. Might even bump shoulders with a celebrity or two _ would like to see a dedicated high limit room. I didn't see one also would like to see a few old school slots.

Great Customer Service! We spend the night at the hotel often even though we live locally. We stay in the casino all night then get a few hours sleep while they close. We get up and spend more time in the casino. All the Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and make the stay excellent.
