Great hotel for a day or extended stay! Very welcoming and friendly staff! From the front desk to the cleaning crews, everyone is very kind and sincere about insuring you have the best stay possible. Clean well kept lobby and rooms with an assortment of food and drinks readily available in the lobby. Dog friendly and welcoming, they use paw sensitive de-icer in the parking lots/walk ways with dog bowls and treats upon request. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for a short day or a long extended stay. Thank you to all the SCP staff and members that keep this place going!

While I can only give a 4.9-star rating due to a minor inconvenience with my initial room, the way the team handled the situation showed me why this hotel deserves every bit of its glowing reputation. The General Manager, Justin, is an absolute rockstar. When I brought up the issue with my room, he addressed it immediately, ensuring my stay remained seamless and enjoyable. His genuine care and professionalism left a lasting impression on me. It’s rare to encounter such proactive leadership in hospitality, and Justin truly sets the bar high. Special shoutout to Kacie, the incredible woman who checked me in. She is an absolute superstar! From handling multiple responsibilities with grace to answering my questions with patience and a smile, she clearly goes above and beyond for guests. I was amazed by her ability to juggle so many tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. Honestly, if anyone deserves a raise, it’s Kacie. She’s a true asset to the SCP team, and her warmth set the tone for my entire stay. Beyond the excellent staff, the SCP Hotel itself is a marvel. My second room was immaculate, with cozy, modern furnishings and thoughtful amenities. The commitment to sustainability is evident in every detail, from the eco-friendly toiletries to the way the property operates with minimal environmental impact. It’s refreshing to stay at a hotel that genuinely cares about both its guests and the planet. The amenities were another highlight. The fitness room was well-equipped, and the common areas were perfect for relaxation or getting a bit of work done. Would not recommend Can’t say I was impressed at all the pictures were very deceiving. We stayed at the “back side” of the hotel and the main lock for our door was broken. Bathroom floors were so dirty and the shower was worse. Our pillow sheets were stained and the pillows themselves were stained even worse. Would not recommend and definitely does not deserve a better rating

Our amazing stay at scp in colorado springs The staff was amazing and very welcoming the hotel was well lit and had a great energy happy calm and very receiving staff the room was very clean and sleep was amazing they decorated for my spouse while we went to dinner ue was suprised and that made me very pleased the staff went above and beyond i have stayed at the best hotels all over the country and this hotel is right up their with them it competes especially if you want a peaceful rest without bothersome people it was Great thanks guys for making our stay a memorable one

Hate to like it Imagine a boutique Motel 6. Pictures on the website were deceiving. You can’t call yourself a hotel when you are a remodeled motel. You can put lipstick on a pig….I like the concept of SCP, as they have some decent properties in some really nice places. But why CoSpgs? The place is centered in the armpit of the city. Zero walk ability. Positives: Hospitality was above average. Cool lobby area with bar. Room was modern and clean. Bed was comfortable. Good value, no sneaky fees. Great if you were passing through and needed an inexpensive place to stay. Negatives: structural decay. Sounded like someone was rattling the door when they walked by. Room privacy not great because of the motel design. Random people lingering around the property. Some guy was using a leaf blower at 12am across the parking lot. Very noisy and sound proofing not good. Sketchy neighborhood.
