Terrible Treatment at Front Desk We had booked a room for 2 nights through our credit card travel program. We had a family medical emergency that prevented us from staying on the 1st night. Our credit card travel program rep. called to confirm they would hold the room for the 2nd night. They said they would. When we arrived late the next night, they said we couldn’t have the room. The room was empty and they were keeping our money but we couldn’t have the room so we had nowhere to sleep. They kept quoting a policy about 3rd party bookings. Life wanted the room we would have to pay the full rate a second time. The people at the front desk had no problem solving skills and had attitudes. A good manager would’ve tried to work something out. This was such egregious treatment. I didn’t think 1 star was a fair review since I never got to test the room which is the reason for 2 stars. Unfortunately for this hotel, we were trying out the hotel for our child who’s getting married next year and if we’d liked it, we were going to reserve a block of rooms next year. We live a state away as do most of the family so that would’ve been a lot of business for them.

This location was not for us. We did not enjoy. It was less than adequate. Without regard for available amenities which we did not use, my chief complaint lies with the LACK OF VALET SERVICE and the LOW QUALITY MATTRESSES in our room. The spacious parking lot is approximately 4 acres and the closest parking space adjacent to the front entrance is over 240 feet. Precious Handicap parking is available but it was insufficient this weekend for our stay. We were pleased with the cleanliness and arrangement of the furniture in our room, the shower was helpful for guests who use a walker and roll-ator to access such things. As for the Mattress... When a mattress is so firm as to be adequate for about the span of an hour, then uncomfortable for a back, neck, hip, or shoulder there after until you arise or change body positions, you cannot honestly report a decent rest of a night's length. For the expenditure and for our primary purpose, (which was a temporary residence away from home while visiting family) we would not rate this hostelry higher than a 3 out of 5. Unfortunate choice results in dissatisfaction.

Great Business hotel in Northeast DFW area. Very quiet and comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds are just the right amount of firm. The club room has great options for snacks, including many kids will like, if you have access. Breakfast has a nice variety and a good option on the go. Convenient to 121 and I75.

Good Stay Beautiful Hotel and the room was very nice and clean. The front desk upgraded my room as a Titanium Elite status member. Fresh and Clean and beautiful room. My only negative was the S Club. No food other than some fruit, water and canned drinks. I did not give the excellent as this benefit was worthless at the hotel. Very disappointed in the club lounge which was a Bonvoy benefit that was earned by status. I would probably choose the Marriot to take advantage of their lounge benefit.

Not a Sheraton Experience Probably walked in with a lot of expectations as you would, with a Sheraton brand. It was far from it. Arrived around 6 , front desk was manned by a person who was slightly unkempt . Asked for amenities and was answered as though doing me a favour. The restaurant closes at 9pm. Nothing much around nearby the hotel. The options are just ok. Lot of fried stuff . Breakfast is really not worth it . Hardly any thing to go with. You can order omlettes which is charged and served with sides that’s on the breakfast buffet . Then they also serve a pot of coffee which is charged again. Maybe that’s how it is, I’m not sure . Rooms are ok. I had one facing the highway. You will be woken up by some sounds early morning. Didn’t use the gym. There’s a water station which you could use to fill your water . Bottles aren’t provided. Just once during check-in . They would encourage you to buy from the mini mart but would never tell you there’s a filling station. There are mosquitoes in the restaurant specially in the evenings . So have your repellents handy . They are super low on staff. So there will be one person at the reception, one person at the restaurant , so do expect slower service levels . Check-out was fast but had to wait for a month for some invoices I had asked for which they said will be provided on the day of check out . No way to reach them other than calling and the receiver wouldn’t know what you are talking about and will have “to check with the person you spoke to “.
