Perfect place for weary travelers! We landed here after an 11 hour day of driving and were so thankful to find a clean and spacious room, kind and accommodating staff and a restaurant on site. Parking and check in were easy, great location if you’re looking for something to do right outside the hotel- surrounded by restaurants and a mall. Breakfast was AWESOME! Will be back, great hotel.

Home Away from Home The hotel and staff are great!! Ruthie, Moe, Emma, Kerwin, Sunil, Davin and Jose are terrific — the best team ever!!! I’ve been staying here for 3+ years and won’t consider anywhere else!! The entire staff and service are to be recognized for their service and attitude!

Help when you least expect it. Kerwin the Front Desk Supervisor is a superb human being. My trip became very bad due to my place not being ready after my move from Las Vegas. He made sure to make me and my 5 year old son. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had no pressure while being here. While helping us He also assisted a woman who may have been mentally challenged, out of the rain. He could have asked her to leave promptly but he was patient with her and gave her a towel for the weather. Great customer service and attentiveness, and a great asset to the company. During breakfast Chasity made sure to keep order during the chaotic scene of baseball kids,ordinary kids and the family reunion. She greeted me with a smile and said good morning/hi every morning of my stay. She even managed to get order with the kids at the waffle station. Great staff, with hearts. Thank you

Great service, great space We booked the Sheraton Suites last minute on a road trip at 730pm for an 8pm arrival. When we arrived, we found the hotel to be very clean and stylish. It’s recently renovated and looks brand new. Kerwin at the front desk was extraordinarily friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating—not just with us but with everyone checking in on a relatively busy night. If he’s not already on the management track, he needs to be!
