An excellent choice for Manchester We had a great stay here. Yes, the hotel needs some updating and some repairs. But the harsh reviews were quite unfair. We found beds to be extremely comfortable-I have serious sleep issues and had the best sleeps I've had in months. Large TV's made it easy to watch from the sofa or the bed. The shower was wonderful. Breakfast was typical hotel style-with occasional tweaks such as donuts, scones, waffles, omelets and protein changed every day. Staff were exceptional-a big shout out to Rachel who solved a potential, costly issue. Christina was always helpful in many ways. Ernesto kind and gracious. We stayed for eight nights and had no issues. The hotel was quiet and safe. A quick, free shuttle to airport is another plus. Truthfully, we couldn't have asked for anything more and highly recommend this hotel.

You come for the pricd...and that's it ! You come for the price and you stay for the price only . the rooms are old and dated, the staff does not care for your concerns ...they do their shifts and leave ...Everything that does not work is due to 'Head Office' or 'corporate Management' ....We asked about waffles and potatoes for breakfast and were told ' Head Office' only allows those on weekends ...The alarm panel was faulty and creating false alarms day and night and again ' head office did not send the company to fix it for at least 3 days' and multiple fire departments visit . I asked for a late check up and the front desk person checked some mysterious info on her screen and told me ' They' can allow me to check out 1 hr later . As I said, we stayed because it was the cheapest in the area and the beds were half decent . Do I recommend this place, HELL NO Will I come back, NOPE !

Family Roadtrip- 1 night Overall, this hotel chain is not for me. Won’t be going back to book this certain one. Here are some pros and cons of this hotel. Room-looks clean Bed-needs updating, not comfy, you can see in the pictures how sloppy they fix the bedsheet Refrigerator-yes Microwave-yes Breakfast-yes Bathroom-clean Toilet-doesn't clog/clean Shower-great water pressure Air-condition - its working but noisy Smell - it smells like wet dog most of the time we book at Springhill Suites. Area-surrounding area is safe View-none Pool - yes Built-2001 renovated 2012 The reason why we are not coming is because of the cockroach we saw in the room! Totally disgusting. It can be a different kind of bug and we wouldn't really give a fuss about it but cockroaches are sign they don’t take care of the property. Luckily only one night stay here.

Non on par with other Springhill Suites I hardly ever write hotel reviews, but after my experience here, I felt compelled to write a review. This establishment is not on par with other Springhill Suites around the country. The rooms are not as advertised and not on the standard as other Springhill Suites, from the bathroom to the non-existent trundle but rather a sofabed. The indoor pool is cold. No bodywash replenished. Non-caring staff and non-responsive manager and non-responsive deputy manager. Breakfast was ok.

Long stay, friendly staff! Well, this property could use some updates to the tiles, flooring, and a few spots here and there. But I do want to say that for 11 days the staff was our family away from home. Christina offered to bring breakfast when my sister was sick. Lisa was extra but also very accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful, smoked kielbasa sausage with peppers and onions, roasted breakfast potatoes and hot coffee made mornings exceptional. The night auditor was also very kind and walked throughout the property to make sure everyone was doing well. It is a 3 star property but it worked for us for what we needed. Thank you everyone!
