Lots of choices for food and very helpful staff

Although it was a non smoking room you must walk through smoky casino area to get to breakfast buffet which is not good for the kids. Also smells of smoke in common areas. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable bed. Needed a microwave. In room coffee was poor. But otherwise the service is good!

Great Hotel I stayed at the Silver Reef Resort and Casino over Memorial Day weekend 2024 with some friends. The room was spacious and nice, with modern decor. Some wall outlets didn't work in our room, but that was the only problem we had. We ate in the Asian restaurant where service was slow but the food was good. Overall, we had a good two- night stay and I would stay there again. It was a good location for our plan to spend a day in Bellingham and take a day trip up to Vancouver BC.

Beware Black Mold in Ruby Suite We booked 4 nights in a Suite and found black mold in the bathroom and bedroom. Hotel staff came the second day to clean mold in shower. Additional mold was discovered in bedroom and we asked for a different room. We were referred to the manager who never called me and while I was in the casino security escorted me off the premises saying I was banned from the property under false allegations from hotel that I upset the desk clerk. I was not only robbed from the benefit of a room and other earned comps and discounts in the casino as a VIP high roller but am still defamed by false allegations and this banning. I later learned that others have reported black mold in their suites and were also banned by the hotel which includes the casino. I have spent 100s of thousands dollars at the Silver Reef and have never been treated so poorly. They don’t care about their guests safety or health nor do they appreciate your business. This place is corrupt and because it’s on Indian Lands locals have little to no protection. They know they have Black mold issues from multiple water leaks in their south tower and even had to shut down although they continue to cover it up and lie.

Nice Quality Casino Hotel Experience Nice casino with a good selection of slots and table games. The hotel was redone a few years ago and the rooms are quite lovely. Disappointed that an overnight stay no longer includes a buffet breakfast in the morning. On the hand hand I was pleasantly surprised to find the entire space is now smoke free with a small closed off room for smokes to the side. The toiletries provided are also a nice, spa level quality and that’s always a nice extra with full shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower. The restaurants also offer good food at a decent price (the grilled sheeted sandwich is outstanding!). Will definitely stay again.
