Very poor shuttle service Your airport shuttle service is very poor, especially when picking up from the ATL airport. We have waited for over an hour on numerous occasions to get the shuttle. Also, no one attends to the shuttle phone, and it only plays a recorded message. Your hotel staff is also not very helpful when it comes to providing directions on parking and exiting.

They took care of us ☺️ Our reservation was a delta compensation due to a delay, so we got in late. The ladies at the desk were super polite to us right away. When we got to our room, the guest next door was being loud (this was at like 11:30) and we really wanted to get a good night's sleep so we asked for another room. The folks at the desk were again super nice to us, commiserated with us, and made us feel comfortable. They were incredibly welcoming and understanding and I appreciated it. I was feeling stressed because of the delay and it was a relief to feel like they were on our side. They did a fantastic job. For the record this was the night of the 23rd / morning the 24th of June. The staff that night deserve a commendation.

Oops! Connection missed! We were laid over here because of a late flight. It was late Sunday evening and desk agents at the airline were stressed and snappy. Shuttle driver was great. We arrived at 12 AM with about 20 other people. The desk agent, Lameka was amazing! She handled all of us graciously and happily. That is the part of an “old school” place that keeps it enjoyable.

Do not stay here—car broken into We parked our car at this location for 10 days and returned to a break in and vandalized car. This location prides itself in safety and despite parking in a well lit area, this situation still happened. When I went in to talk to hotel staff, no one was able to help. Very disappointing and do not recommend customers use this park and fly location.

I recommend you stay at this hotel if in the Atlanta Airport area. Very good. The hotel is convenient to the interstate and airport. It’s a very nice, older hotel, could use a bit of extra cleaning on the walls and doors, but that’s no reason for me not to recommend you to stay there. The parking is 22.00 per day, which is competitive with other hotels in the area, but a bit aggravating when you only stay one night and get charged just to park your car, but not a big deal. I would recommend you choose this hotel if you are in the area. I will definitely stay here again with no issues at all.
