Summer Bay Resort was amazing! We spent our family vacation there and truly enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and spacious. We'll definitely stay here again.

Super Resort We are extremely happy when we use this resort. We stayed in a two bed and two bath for one week. Staff always gives you a smile or hello. Nice and clean Condo is nicely equipped with everything you need for your stay. Very pleased with all the activities that is offered. All pools are great. Yes we will be back!

Choose a condo over a Villa! Overall, it’s a decent, value based resort. But at the end of the day, you get what you pay for.
The resort has plenty of activities for kids, and the pools are nice. Where the hotel lacks is the service and room quality. We were originally put in the 102 building, but learned quickly the building was under major construction. Banging occurred all day. Went to complain and was told I should have booked a Condo over a Villa. Not sure why that was the issue- they should not have put people in the building with all that active construction.
Any other issues that come up took a while to get resolved. They only have one person working the desk and often had multiple people in line.
My family and I had a good time and have been here a few times over the years.
