Unsafe and uncomfortable! Unsafe and uncomfortable Very worn out and broken down - smoke detector has been remove, faulty wiring, no lock on sliding door, no manager or staff onsite after 8 pm Terrible bathroom with stained tub, no plug, no nonslip mat. Soap dispenser ripped off wall. No blackout curtain or shade only some dirty looking sheers. So you’re awake at 5:00 am when the sun comes up. Only thing positive was the view outside of the lodging. Never again and would not recommend to anyone

Avoid Go elsewhere. They provided a room access code that didn't work and no after hours phone number. Expedia couldn't reach anyone and the motel phone goes to voice mail in the evening. We had to leave and drive another hour to the nearest hotel with vacancy. The staff was completely unapologetic and provided no explanation when replying to my messages 2 days later. They clearly don't care and the other reviews reflect similar experiences.

Not a good experience Lots of issues, deal was different to promise and no customer service. Based on my experience, I wouldnt book here again. Bottom line. Don't charge so much if you don't have good standards and customer service. 1. No one on site we arrived. Waited for email response for an hour in the car. 2. Eventually spoke to a staff member who seemed very annoyed about our arrival. 3. Room was not cleaned from previous occupants. 4. Went back to annoyed staff member. Waited for 15 mins and they eventually provided another room. 5. Room was not the same. Originally booked a room with bay view with two beds, but now facing the street with 1 bed. 6..Emailed the customer service email and requested a discount as the room was on the street. I have never received a response or an apology to any message I sent. I guess they figure they already have my money.

Very bad and unhealthy. Way too expensive. Heat did not work, circuit breaker kept popping. Can't use medical sleeping devices as not enough power then circuit pops. Queen sofa bed was broken and lamps didnt have bulbs. Not the place at all if a senior citizen or have any medical issues . Very very very disappointed.

Don’t Stay Here! We stayed in the queen room with no view and paid Holiday Inn prices! Very small room. Communication before the stay was done solely by email and text. No one answers the phone! The person at the desk knew nothing. I had to go to the office to get the WiFi code and there wasn’t even a hair dryer in the room. The hotel and room is old. It was reasonably clean, the bed was soft and there was heat. No air conditioning though. If you must stay here, pay Motel 6 prices and get a room with a view. That would redeem it a bit. There is no free breakfast either.
