Perfection in the heart of Calabasas We loved our time at The Anza Hotel. It was everything we were hoping for. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spotless and well-designed. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants in walking distance. We had a larger group with us and everyone was comfortable and pleased with their experience. We would definitely come again!

Comfortable, Convenient, and Always Welcoming I’ve stayed at The Anza Hotel twice now, and it’s officially my go-to whenever I visit Calabasas. The 2-bedroom suite was perfect for me and my boys; it was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Jamie at the front desk was a standout. She was friendly and helpful and made the check-in experience feel personal. She genuinely cares about the guests; her smile says it all. Another big plus is the location. Many great restaurants, coffee shops, and stores are within walking distance. Whether grabbing dinner or running a quick errand, everything you need is nearby. My only suggestion is that you consider offering a loyalty program for returning guests. I’ll definitely be staying here regularly and would love to participate in something like that. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a welcoming, well-run hotel in a super convenient area.

Noisy. Unexpected $15.00/night parking fee. Noisy hotel. Definitely you will need a White Noise machine. Sits on the freeway. Plus, the floors are hard surface, so whoever was above us was up until 1 AM or later, moving furniture and walking around and it was so loud to hear in our room. Hotel added $15 a night for parking. Seemed kind of bogus. This is not a big city hotel. Parking should be included in the advertised price of stay. Plus, the parking lot was packed. They created a bunch of spaces that block the actual spaces so they are almost impossible to get out of. We drive a normal minivan and it took a seven point turn to get out of our spot once someone had parked opposite it in an illegal space that I doubt or approved by the city. Then the next time we parked, the only remaining spot was in the covered part, where the spaces are so close that we had to block the car next to us on one side and could still barely get out on the driver side, and all three cars were entirely inside their lined space. The lined spaces are just too small. Also, this was kind of weird and doesn’t really probably affect your stay, but the floors on the second floor are super wavy. Not in one direction like they’re just slanted. But they slant this way and that, both in the hallways and in the room. It was kind of eerie. Hopefully not a dangerous structural issue. In the room, they solved it by removing the bathroom door and putting one of those sliding barn doors that hangs. The problem is that those doors don’t really give privacy and don’t block sound and light all the way.
