Outstanding! We absolutely loved this hotel. The interior design was really awesome - having just finished building and furnishing a home, I was fascinated by the clever design choices and materials….the lighting, furniture, floors, tile accents, wallpaper were creative yet really cohesive. The rooms were large, quiet, and comfortable (I’m very sensitive to noise and it was super peaceful). I can imagine how beautiful it is in the summer because it’s right on the Mississippi River and there’s an outdoor deck for dining. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant and were impressed with the quality of the food and the level of the service. The bar was festive and cheerful on a Friday night. And the prices were reasonable, which is a bonus. It’s right on the River Walk and there are some charming shops and restaurants a block away. Easy parking also. I hadn’t been inspired to write a review on TripAdvisor in quite a while, but this place was worth taking the time. All in all, excellent!

A real hidden gem! This review is for the restaurant, as we just happened to run across it. Man, it is an interesting place with top-notch food and excellent service. We stopped in for lunch at about 12:30 p.m. and were promptly seated at a table with a wonderful view of the river. Everything about this place was a 10. We look forward to coming over for a few nights when we wander along the river, stay a bit longer, and spend more time. Well done, folks!

Weekend Adventure at The Confluence Hotel -Hastings I would like to start to say Thankyou to this hotel for being so absolute kind and courteous to us because we ended up having a super super late check in. I had originally planned to make it there around 3 or 4pm but called to change it to 8 because after had booked it realized my daughters school was starting bk from after Christmas Break and needed to take off after she got out of school. Well we live about a 3 hr drive away and on the way down our car tire blew about half way there. So we put a spare on and didn't wanna drive it that far into the cities on a spare so were gonna try to make it home and come bk with our other car. Well then on the way bk home our other front tire went flat so we limped it to my sisters house cuz she lived about a mile away from where that one went flat really slow to try to make it there and not damage the car. And she let us park it at her house till could deal with it and she was kind and drove us all the way bk to our house to get our other car and we called cuz were gonna be much later yet arriving and they were really nice. We really wanted to make it down cuz my daughter had a medical procedure in the cities the next morning super early and really didn't wanna miss that cuz they schedule pretty far out. So we came bk with our other car after finally got it picked up from home and didn't end up getting down there till around 2 in the morning but they were super super nice and really professional and accomodating. And the hotel was perfect and really comfortable ...It felt like a million bucks for the short time we ended up being there. Is a really nice place with super comfy beds and really nice shampoo products not sure what type they were but they were great. Also was a very quiet location and scenic location and great priced hotel for how nice it was it was visually appealing and comfortable and festive feeling. They had a nice snack shop which we took advantage of since getting there later. We didn't try their restaurant as we got down there really late but would check that out maybe a later time when get there earlier or get there again. Would recommend this hotel as a really nice play to stay with very comfortable lodging and amenities. Would give it 5 stars for being so kind and accommodating to us. Also parking was free which was great for around the metro area. Nice place....Would recommend and not hesitate at all to stay again.
