Not good. Don’t recommend. The first room didn’t have any heat. Woke up in the middle of the night freezing. Phone didn’t work so I went downstairs to tell them. They said “we can give you more blankets or a different room”…I got a different room, the heat worked in the next room. Unfortunately the next morning we found a razor worth hair on it stuck in the fold of the shower curtain. When I complained about the first night and didn’t want to pay for it, I contacted the person they said to. Never heard from them. Awful hotel experience. the staff was very friendly, but this didn’t seem to be even three star to me

Would definitely stay here again Everyone at this hotel is friendly, kind and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient with the valet. Breakfast was typical of this brand but there was plenty of staff to make sure everything was well stocked and fresh. Joe at the front desk was quick to accommodate my special requests, which was key since my trip was very short.

Don't Stay Here To start, it's right infeont of Underground ATL. If your looking for quit and good sleep. Forget about it. Homeless is everywhere and it really makes you question your safety not just for you but your family as well. They have armed security guards at the main entrance with valet. Don't get me wrong every staff member we came into contact with was very nice and polite and wanted to assist in whatever way needed. But that gets over shadowed by not only the homeless but the quality of the hotel itself. If only I had gone digging into the reviews better before booking we would have not stayed there. We literally got stuck in 1 of 2 evaluators that they have for guest. Luckily it wasn't terribly long (30min) before we got off on another floor other than our own. But with an infant.. take a guess at how much fun that was. For our "inconvenience" of being stuck on the elevator the front desk clerk offered a complementary candy bar for the market as an apology. Then we come to find out that they have had multiple issues on a regular basis with the elevators. As you can also read in other reviews. This place sucks! Don't waste your time or money. OH ! And they don't have enough HOT water what so ever and admits that when asked

Family Trip My family came into town to attend a college event and we stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Atlanta Downtown. We greatly enjoyed our stay and my husband and I were pleased beyond measure with customer service provided by the staff with emphasis on an employee by the name of Rodrick. Rodrick provided great customer service making sure that our needs were meant and answered any questions that we had. We will be re-visiting Fairfield in Downtown Atlanta for future visits.

Clemson vs Georgia Labor Day Weekend Came in for Clemson vs Georgia Labor Day Weekend game....and there was quite the festivities going on that weekend ( PRIDE/COMIC CON/tigers vs bulldogs/etc). One SINGLE elevator in the building that was operational. Its located across from a Marta station, and UnderGround/Coca-Cola are within walking distance. Ashley at the front desk is GORGEOUS/ATTRACTIVE/TEMPTING
