Not Worth the Price: Service Lacks Consistency *Please read all other reviews as well, about the lack of service*. I recently stayed at the Crescent Hotel in Fort Worth for the second time, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for, especially considering the hotel’s high ($750+ nightly) price. During my first stay, my room wasn’t ready until nearly an hour after the scheduled check-in time, which caused some unnecessary stress. Sadly, my second stay this past weekend wasn’t much better. The service, with the exception of the bartenders at the Circle Bar, was disappointing at best. Upon checkout, I had to wait 30 minutes for my vehicle to be brought up by the valet, which is not acceptable, especially at a hotel of this caliber. I also requested a final bill, which I was told would be emailed to me immediately. As of now, I have not received it, despite sending two emails and making a phone call to follow up. For a hotel that charges premium rates, the service should reflect that. I expected far more for the price and the supposed 5-star quality. That said, the hotel’s property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the Circle Bar bartenders are excellent – engaging, friendly, and attentive. Given the cost and the service inconsistencies, I would recommend exploring other accommodations in Fort Worth. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Great experience! Lovely hotel and AMAZING staff! Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond. Shout out to Allen at the front desk, so personable and helpful even though I was asking for assistance with something outside his area, he was still so accommodating as was everyone else I encountered.

Lipstick on a Pig This hotel “looks” nice but it is far from it. Multiple issues during my stay: - room was right below the private club = having to listen to bass so loud from the music that my windows were rattling and you could feel the vibrations in the bed - telephone did not work = not able to order room service - shower gel bottle empty - first night at bar restaurant = burger tasted like someone poured an entire bottle of salt on it - no privacy door hanger - some of the lights in the room did not work = bar light never would turn off, bathroom motion detector would go off even if no one moved - housekeeping dis not empty trash on two of the days - broken desk drawer - art picture above bed rattles anytime AC or Heat came on Worst part about this place is that everyone walks around like a zombie. When you bring up an issue they stare at you straight in the face. No sort of apology or ownership to their own issues. I have stayed at Courtyard Marriotts with better service. Horrible experience!

Decent stay The hotel is very nice and in a very nice location. There is plenty of fancy eating places and museums around the area. Was not impressed with how much it cost to stay here, they don't have a pool, you have to pay for breakfast, the shower has the weakest flow of water I ever had at any establishment. Also was kind of noisy as you can hear some vehicles fly up the road. The toilet had a leak somewhere and every half hour it would fill back up so had to turn valve off at night. Did tell the desk about it. The curtain was half hanging off rail it was as well. Also there is no refrigerator or microwave in the room which would have been nice in case we weren't able to finish all of dinner.
