Great dining experience We love visiting here. Had a fabulous dinner last night at the Lazy Goat Tavern. Terrie provided attentive service, insights and information not only relevant to dinner, but about the resort as well. There was a raucous game of Music Bingo going on in the tavern when we arrived and we were invited to sit in a quieter spot in the adjacent restaurant. Despite having to “travel” between the two areas, Terrie was spot on and smiling the whole time.

Great meal and service from Terrie! Had a great meal at the tavern with exceptional service from Terrie- she was attentive and lovely. Thank you! We enjoyed the wings- always a highlight and loved the charcuterie board as all. Nice atmosphere and a fun night all around. We will be back!

Girls' Getaway - Cooks Academy, Resort, Spa and Tavern all were fabulous! Highly recommend! We were at the resort for a girls' getaway weekend and had an amazing time. We attended a cooking class with Chef Donna that was outstanding! It was a large group, but Donna did an amazing job keeping us on task and engaged, and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend!

Amazing and Wonderful Hermoso lugar, vistas maravillosas y excelente trato del personal.Walking along the sidewalks in the morning was beautiful. Watching the snow fall through the window made you feel very happy. Beautiful place, wonderful views and excellent treatment from the staff.

Poorly Maintained Property The linens are really good quality, the restaurant quality and service was good. The location was great for me. However, overall, I was so disappointed in my stay. I reported issues but they were never resolved. The TV remote didn't work, the toilet ran all night, one of my windows would not close completely so the wind whistled through my room like a train every time the wind blew. The mattress seemed like a blow-up mattress and was horrid for my back after 3 nights. The snow was piled up so you couldn't get from the car parking to your rooms without climbing over snowbanks with your luggage. Even a pass through every few cars would have been helpful but no one seems to think about the customer at this place. Maybe it used to be well maintained but that is not the case now.
