Great Lake view What a beautiful hotel. The lake views are stunning. We stayed three nights in April. It was great to get away from everything. The room was comfortable and had a thermostat that we could control. We loved the King-sized bed. Me more than my husband who thought it was too firm. If you stay here try to get a lake view. It’s worth the money. The only disappointment was not having a microwave in the room. We will come back.

Not good for business! I reserved a suite for my family to enjoy end of winter in addition to me doing work. Restaurant was being renovated. OK bad timing for me. Took the family out to eat dinner.Internet went out from 7 PM until early morning. I understand if there is a blackout that “rarely occurs”. I went to Panera Bread downtown to do some work and after the lights came back on still no Internet. OK, not your fault so I went down to work out in the “gym” but only found one elliptical machine and one stationary bike with a few 1 to 2 pound dumbbells with a mat. OK, maybe your guests don’t like exercising. The view is beautiful overlooking the lake, but when I called the next morning to vent my frustration as I was not prepared for the morning meeting, I was given no restitution or offered anything toward a future stay!? Ok, guess they don’t need my business! Too many other lakeside hotels with the same view for me to feel ignored.

Beautiful weekend ! We needed a break and this was the perfect getaway. The location, staff and rooms are perfect. The staff and rooms are all wonderful and it was immaculate. We love the Geneva Inn . The location, cleanliness, views and beds are amazing. We needed to take a break and this resort met all of our needs and more. The amazing staff made us feel so special.
