Nightmare on Bainbridge Island We do not recommend staying at this hotel! From the unwelcoming greeting when we arrived, to the dirty floor with crumbs all over the carpet from previous guests, broken toilet seat, and keys never working at night with front desk being closed at 10pm (all parties in our group had this issue - their response, “we have an old system” they couldn’t care less of the inconvenience to the guests) Biggest issue is being incorrectly billed and poor management (one manager says one thing the other manager overrides him) this place was a NIGHTMARE! No front desk available after 10pm and messages left not returned. One star is more than it deserves! Many other options on the island that would be MUCH better than here!

Great stay and very pleasant/helpful staff! I have stayed here for years as my parents live on the island. My most recent stay with my family was one of the best, with the help of the new Manager Alissa and Assistant Kyler. We were given consideration for the rooms, check-in times and more. Also, I had left my carry-on bag by mistake in the lobby. I was called within maybe 30 mins of my departure while in the ferry line. They secured it and mailed it within a day, with all my valuables intact. I was so grateful. The rooms are clean and quiet and the beds very comfortable. Grocery store, Starbucks, and a good pizza place right across the street. The only thing I would recommend is a Keurig coffee machine in the room and add good eggs and bacon/ham/sausage to breakfast menu.

Reality Check Needed Stayed one night (7/12/24) and was happy to leave. This place is WAY OVERPRICED for the quality. My only assumption is that there aren’t other properties available to force competitive rates because we paid $390 for a double queen room. There was generous square footage in the room but I would have gladly traded it for a bathroom that didn’t look like a roadside motel. The reason why it’s not a one star review from me was that the covered parking garage was convenient with luggage carts nearby and the continental breakfast was a tick above acceptable. Overall, this place is to be avoided until they have a reality check about the quality of their accommodations and hospitality.
