Loved the location, and the services are great. Starbucks is just downstairs. Even better.🙂 The beds are a queen size, which is doable, but they can be a standard king size like most hotels.

Great Boutique hotel walking distance (3 Blocks almost to far of a walk but do-able) to the Gas Lamp Quarter. Some dirty sidewalks and homeless :( :(

Great location for a quick trip Stayed for two nights solo in August 2024. Room was a bit on the smaller side, but clean and had no issues. In a perfect location in downtown San Diego. Also, the water coolers on each floor were among the purest, most refreshing water I have ever had.

Just good location everything else Not as expected The hotel has a very good location, but everything eles has poor Quality. The room is not confortable, there is no extra Space besides the beds to put the luggage, the bathroom is so small, the water from the bathtub didn’t Run away easily; the air conditioner made a lot of noise so I couldn’t sleep.

Nice hotel but small room This is a nice historic hotel fairly close to a tram stop and cafes within walking distance.
However the room was pretty small and felt cramped with two beds in it. We thought it would have been better to have one larger bed. Not much space to store your suitcases.
The wash basin was outside the bathroom which I wasn’t keen on.
It did have a fridge and a microwave which came in very handy. A Keurig machine was provided. They don’t provide kettles but told us you could get hot water from Starbucks next door which we did as we wanted to use our own teabags.
You have to fiddle with the controls to get the right temperature in the shower. The towels are pretty small, not the smallest I’ve come across but close.
The staff are friendly and helpful. I had a pinafore dry cleaned (they only offer dry cleaning) which worked well & came back at the agreed time.
So, overall, nice hotel but we wouldn’t stay there again as the room was just a bit too cramped to be that comfortable.
