The most kindest staff ever! The staff at the front desk understood all of my requests and concerns perfectly. With their prompt response and excellent service, they made my trip both enjoyable and comfortable. When I told them I wasn’t satisfied with the view from my room, they kindly upgraded it for free. If I had known in advance that the room I booked faced a plain white wall and a pigeon habitat… I wouldn’t have had to go through the inconvenience of requesting a new room. Still, their response was so courteous and accommodating that the unpleasant memory quickly faded away.

Anniversary Weekend The location was terrific! It's so close to Pike Place Market, just around the corner from the hotel, and a short walk without hills. The room and hotel have modern decor, and the staff is very friendly. The room was small but had enough space to move around quickly, and it took a short time to get the hang of the key card for the front door, elevator, and lights in the room. Nice security. The hotel has a restaurant, but we already had reservations for our special night out. We're looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to Seattle. It's the perfect place!
