Absolutely WONDERFUL! I loved the small, beautiful Tillary Hotel in downtown Brooklyn! I felt so safe and very well taken care of from the first moment I arrived, from gracious Robert jumping up to help with my luggage to sweet Ella helping to get me checked in and then the ongoing helpfulness from Matt Russ and others over the five days/four nights of my stay!! The room was wonderful and so quiet!! The sweet man in the lobby cafe was always courteous with my morning wake up coffee and we also really enjoyed the rooftop garden bar/cafe after a busy day in the city! The location in downtown Brooklyn was the best! We were able to walk out the door to so many shops, restaurants and entertainment! At the same time, we always felt safe!

Great stay Stayed at the Tillary hotel this April when visiting Brooklyn with my mom and sister. We needed a larger room to accomodate 3 people and the Tillary was perfect! Not only was it a 15 min walking distance from Brooklyn heights, 20 to the promenade, less than 10 to the Brooklyn bridge or the Dumbo waterfront. The Tillary had many amenities over the competition and was reasonably priced (less than $300 a night). Stay included fitness room, a 2nd floor rooftop indoor/outdoor bar (easy access from lobby if you’re waiting for friends, and a bright & airy cafe if you have to work or want to get a coffee to go. A huge thank you to Matt and Russ at the front desk who patiently answered all of our questions and helped to make our stay the most comfortable. We will definitely be back

Roberto Rocks Had a full soccer team staying here and Roberto was so helpful getting everyone in and out and helping with luggage. He made sure all the ladies got out to the Ubers with their bags and packed away. Thank you Roberto, we appreciate all the help!

Great hotel with exceptional customer service! We had a really pleasant experience staying here. Really appreciated the great, friendly service from the team here. Special thanks to Alexis for going above and beyond to make us feel at home. Will look forward to staying at The Tillary next time we're in town.

In one word - Amazing Very good hotel, the crew Ella, Matt and Russ are amazing and very pleasant. Clean, comfort, and the vacation was amazing with you. The rooms are big, and spoil, the location is great and the team is excellent. Very recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!
