he Viv has become a sort of home-away-from-home for my family and me, having stayed there 5 times in the last year. The front desk staff are always helpful and friendly, and the wait staff at Valencia's, the onsite restaurant, are the best! The convenience of an onsite coffee shop, plus an ART bus stop right in front of the building, make staying here a no-brainer for us. Since we usually travel with kids, we haven't been able to partake of the adults-only area around the roof-top pool, but the ground-floor, family pool area is lush and welcoming, and the kids love it! There are two slight drawbacks for us: The daily parking rate is kind of high, and one side of the hotel faces the I-5 freeway, which can be a bit noisy.

We all were so impressed by this hotel it’s luxurious and quiet. Stay in the park view bunk bed room and it was spacious for 4 ppl. We didn’t get a good view of the Disney park because we got the 5th floor but we’re still happy with the view. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel it’s not walking distance to Disney but they have a bus shuttle that you can pay to take you to Disneyland.

Very clean rooms, super friendly staff, close to Disneyland. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone traveling to the Anaheim area.

Family Fun and Relaxation Near Disneyland We stayed at The Viv Hotel for one night, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel features two different pools: a rooftop pool for adults and a ground floor pool for kids, both of which were fantastic. There’s plenty of entertainment for kids and spas in both areas, adding to the overall relaxation. The Halloween and Disney-themed decorations throughout the hotel were a delightful touch. It’s one of the best hotels in Anaheim near Disneyland. The staff were awesome and very attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Modern family friendly hotel Family friendly hotel with a fun modern vibe and just the right amount of Disney flair. Mickey shaped pool and splash pad for kids, short drive to Disney parks, spectacular firework views. Quick breakfast options at lobby cafe or nicer sit down moderately priced full service restaurant.

Not the Four-Star Hotel it Claims to be! NOT A four-star hotel! My prime example: Paper (yes, paper!) coffee cups for the coffee maker. They insisted that was all they had, but relented and sent me two ceramic cups from the dining room. Cheap, flimsy coffee maker too. The hotel was not spiffy; in fact, it was sort of run-down. Most high-end hotels have a concierge but I was told there was none and no shuttle to Disneyland either, though they claim there is one. The hotel says it is in a commercial district, but in reality it is surrounded by large warehouses. The other side of the hotel faces the very busy I-5 freeway, which separates the property from Disneyland. There are no restaurants, shopping venues or pharmacies within walking distance The neighborhood is decidedly 'iffy,' but there are no security personnel. I twice tried reaching out to the manager to express my disappointment and concerns, but he didn't return my calls. I'm astonished at some of the glowing reviews of this hotel. Maybe they were actually staying in a hotel at Disney's Fantasyland.
