I loved the stay. It literally in the heart of the city so everything is around you. You will not need a car, if you do they only charge $20 a night for parking.

We had a long bed, not sure why it says two twin beds lol. Everything was phenomenal from check in to check out!!! Juan was AMAZING!! He answered all my questions & made sure I knew all the happenings in the hotel! The hot tub on the roof was beautiful & peaceful. Walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, casino, CVS, & Walgreens. 10/10 rating!!!

Very good experience It’s a decent place , very clean . the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Very affordable. Close to beautiful beaches, nice cafes and restaurants. Very good located. Don’t expect any luxury but clean , quiet and comfort . Something to improve but nothing major.

Disappointing return visit We had stayed at this hotel in another incarnation several times in the past and were looking forward to return. We were disappointed. Several amenities that we had enjoyed previously were no longer available including breakfast on the roof and our favorite restaurant just up Condado had closed(not hotels fault). Rooms may have been remodeled, but unsure. Airconditioning was difficult to set. The hotel is convenient to airport, major highway and Condado resort area

Do yourself a favor and Just don't!!! This place was horrible!!! THE ROOMS WERE DIRTY!!! Everything was sticky and not from humidity literally like sticky rings on tables and stains... the sheets were dirty, they would not supply extra pillows and would only hand you an extra towel if you handed in the dirty towel you had...? Our rooms had ants. The rooms themselves made nonsense... 1 room had a safe the other did not, 1 had an iron the other did not. We had 1 night stand and 1 lamp in the room... It was just horrible! The rooftop bar is non-existent, the restaurant non-existent, the rooftop hot tub... was a joke... the jets are broken so it is just luke warm sitting water, possibly just rain water??? That alone is a health code violation! We had items go missing from our hotel room. IT WAS SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE THAT THEY REFUNDED ME MORE THAN A THIRD OF WHAT WE SPENT!!
