Perfect family getaway The Tundra Lodge is a perfect family getaway very close to Lambeau field! We brought the whole family up so my husband and father-in-law could go to a Packers game, while the kids and I enjoyed the waterpark, outdoor hot tub, and arcade! Perfect winter getaway with something for everyone. The staff was super friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Outdated and understaffed Our family did have a good time, and the employees were friendly and did the best they could. That said, this resort is in desperate need of updating. All of the linens were fraying, and one of the blankets on the beds had sizable holes. The bathroom door was rotting at the bottom and the frame was rusting. The bar was out of basic supplies, and the concession stand couldn’t provide food to customers because they were too busy with other parties going on in the building. Rooms were not ready for check in, and the breakfast buffet was like a complimentary breakfast except you paid $15 per person. The water park needs updating and would benefit from some body slides for the younger age group. If we do another waterpark resort, we will definitely drive a little further for a better experience elsewhere.

Awful Customer Service Stayed here for three nights in October. My stay was part of a football game package through a third party. Checking in was fine and the lobby is quite spectacular, like a mountain lodge. The room was just okay, nothing special. A little dated and could probably use an update. The customer service was a nightmare. After leaving for the day on Saturday we returned to find our room hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk and they told me that I needed to request it be cleaned. I then requested that it be cleaned the next day and that they replace the burned out bulb in the bathroom. I had to go to the front desk to get more towels. After coming back to the room the next day it still hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk again and they said they only clean the rooms every three days. No one informed me of this policy and it isn't written on any of the paperwork I received when I checked in. They said there was no record of my request. To top things off I needed toilet paper. I went to the front desk and after looking around they said they were OUT OF TOILET PAPER! Unbelievable! They finally found an industrial sized roll for me. This was a total clown show. Don't ever stay here and chose other accommodations if your in a third party package.

past its prime We were at The lodge for the opening Packers weekend. This is a huge property with water park, kids arcade and two restaurants. Even for a Packers game its was like a ghost town. The main restaurant was rarely open. If you wanted food you had to order at the bar. There is a room service menu but room service wasn't delivering any time we called. Rooms are only cleaned every three days because of "COVID". If you want to replenish coffee you have to go to front desk. Rooms are poorly designed, in my opinion. Staff was helpful and friendly. I guess they are having trouble hiring. If the facility is like this on a football weekend, I doubt they will be in business very much longer.
