Recommend Excellent hotel in the city center, walking distance to all points of interest in the city. Katyce the receptionist gave us kind and excellent service. She was so nice and explained us everything we should know in the are.

A Hidden Gem The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great natural light - the staff is friendly and very helpful. The food in the Dovetail restaurant is delicious and the service in the restaurant and bar was top-notch. I was made to feel at home, and felt like the staff were always available. The location is perfect - walking distance to good food. The neighborhood was clean and felt safe. Special mention for staff definitely goes to Katyce, Chloe, Karen, and Theresa!

Highly recommend Excellent, gorgeous hotel with helpful, professional staff including Arman and others. I was here for a conference and it was the perfect setting. Rooms are spacious, common areas are beautiful, and the food was excellent! Highly recommend.

Great but tons of fees The hotel was good. Very pet friendly and accommodating for my wife, myself, and our yorkie puppy. Chloe was awesome as was the rest of the staff. Everyone was extremely polite and very professional. The reason I gave 4 stars was all the costs and fees. Very frustrating when you book a hotel for 180 per night (for 2 nights at 360 total) and get a bill for nearly double that because of the daily fees, then taxes on the fees, then the 60 per day parking, then taxes on the parking etc, etc… (I know this isn’t the staffs’ fault). I genuinely feel somewhat deceived and lied to by a company when I am told a price but not given any indication of all the extra costs… until it’s too late to cancel anyway. I’m sure everyone does this, but it’s a bad way to operate imo.

highly recommended We had a fantastic experience staying with family at the Viceroy in DC. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, and quiet hotel...essential for us as we were traveling with a baby. Some people may bristle at the auto 18% gratuity but staff are up front about it. i.e. no surprises. Special thanks to Chloe and Katyce at the front desk for making our stay even more comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.
