The rooms were comfortable and spacious, resort was beautiful and clean, and very safe. The food was incredible and service was absolutely the best !! The concierge team, Julissa and Denise, were very kind and helpful. My pool server, Oscar, was attentive and remembered my favorite drinks, and took great care of me. Obler and Victor from the front desk were fantastic as well.

Wonderful resort and spa ! Beautiful resort ! We went there for our 3 year anniversary. The room is very spacious and clean with a great view of the ocean. Service and hospitality is outstanding.
We had a couples massage at the Spa. My masseuse Hilda was wonderful! It was so relaxing and very professional.
On our last day we went to La Trattoria the Italian restaurant. Food was delicious! Our waiter Julio was wonderful. I asked if they had Mexican coffee and at first he said no we can’t make it tonight but we can make it for you tomorrow night. I told him that we were leaving in the morning. And he came back about 15 mins later and made the Mexican coffee which was an experience, especially for my husband because he never had it before and he loved it !
Only negative was check out was a bit painful. We purchased 4 days of all inclusive as well as the spa credit before we got to the resort. However at check in the lady didn’t tell us that we had to activate the all inclusive even though she saw that we had it. So at check out, it was a bit of a hassle for them to remove all our food purchases off the final bill but eventually it got taken care of. Just make sure you tell them when you’re checking that you want to activate all inclusive !

Yashinoki ; A PLEASANT SURPRISE! I normally don't leave reviews, however I left with such a delightful experience that I had to commend my server Imelda and the staff at Yashinoki for my immense sensory satisfaction! The food and service has left me already planning my next meal there.
I went there Saturday night and was literally so turned off by the lighting, that I went somewhere else for dinner. After giving it some thought, I decided to give it another try tonight. Boy was I shocked in THE BEST WAY possible. Not only did my daughter and I both agreed this place was way better than Nicksan, they also celebrated my birthday with a sweet little dessert at the end of my meal!
Let's just say, what they lacked in ambiance with harsh lighting, was made up for in the service and attention to detail in the food and presentation. They blew my mind with everything we tried tonight. The rock shrimp was on point. The tempura batter was light, crispy, and not heavy. The sashimi was perfectly sliced, and super fresh. Sunomono was delicately presented, super refreshing, and perfectly balanced. If I lived here I would definitely be a regular for sure!
