Stay Away! Despite this being billed as a Hilton (Curio Collection) the standard at this "resort" is far below the standards for a Hilton, or any resort for that matter. The rooms are dirty and in desperate need of an upgrade. The carpets are stained, the furniture is chipped, the bathroom is moldy, there is visible dust on the phone, TV, desk. The room comes with nothing. No robe. No slippers. No pad. No pen. Nothing. We stayed there for 7 nights and we desperately tried to look for somewhere else to move to but it being high season, there was nowhere to go. Things got worse as the week went on as our room became infested with gigantic water bug/roaches known as Palmetto Bugs. Every day for 4 days there was at least one in the room, including one crawling on the bed while we were in it! The hotel sent someone to spray the room but even after the spraying, the bugs kept coming. For this inconvenience, the hotel removed the resort fees from our bill. The guest services at this resort are terrible. It always felt like you were inconveniencing the front desk if you were asked for anything. Only Marvel and Kendra were helpful and kind. The other front desk staff (the men basically) were surly and rude. There is also no concierge to assist with dining reservations or any plans at all. Parking is a joke. $30/night whether you self-park or valet. Makes no sense. The pool is tiny. There is no hot tub. The lounge chairs are torn and rusty and the towels threadbare. While the resort is close to the beach, it is a 7 minute walk and if you ask early enough, they do have some old, rusty beach chairs you can take with you. There are two restaurants at the resort. Seaspray is the breakfast, lunch and dinner spot. The food is fine, although breakfast is not good and you are better off driving into town to grab something for a lot less money (Playa Bowls and Boca Beach House are two string recommendations). Lunch and dinner is better. There are two people at Seaspray who were super nice and helpful so shoutouts to Emily and Patrick. You both deserve better than working there. By some miracle, there is a truly remarkable sushi/Japanese restaurant in this hotel that is amazing. Some of the best sushi I have eaten anywhere in the world. No joke. I don'y understand what it is doing in this hotel. For two hours, I forgot where I was and had a truly memorable meal. Jennifer our server was extraordinary. We tried to spend as little time at the hotel as possible because it was so unpleasant. Look elsewhere if you are staying in the area. There has to be other options in this price range. This place needs a major overhaul and renovation. Don't be fooled by the lobby. It looks like they quit after that. I cannot imagine any senior member of the Hilton team has seen this place. They would be mortified to have their name on this property. We will never stay here again.

Thank you, George! I recently stayed at the Waterstone for a few days over Christmas. George made my experience at the Waterstone amazing. His professionalism and kindness really stood out to me. I would go back to the Waterstone just to see him. Five stars for George

Boca Bowl Game visit We were in town for the Boca Raton Bowl Game Wednesday evening. As soon as we entered the hotel we were greeted by the Concierge George. He was very friendly and had a smile that would light up any room, he made you feel at home. Each day we saw him he made sure everything was great with the room and if we needed anything to let him know, he also gave us some great restaurant recommendations and places to go shopping. We had a great stay at this hotel which was very nice and George made it even better, we will be back, Boca was great!

Not worth the money! Was it just me??? .. but when waiting for our room to be ready.. there was a stream of very!!! attractive women entering the building and going somewhere? Parking was a challenge.. especially when the the parking guy state that the car next to mine.. 9-10 inches was just going to be there for a hour or so.. hmmmm Rooms were acceptable, but not worth the cost.. food was very expensive.. staff was good.. will not stay here again. I should have taken some pics of the 'guests' in the lobby!
