Amazing staff! We love this hotel location and their amenities. Our experience on the terrace for the hours of indulgence was amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive. Sonya was such a pleasure! She made our experience fantastic with her excellent service and smile.

Underwhelming stay. The lobby is not very wheelchair/stroller friendly. I was checking in and since I did not have a key. I was unable to enter the building. Had to wait for the front desk staff to realize I was waiting to come in. Ended up using the revolving door, then finally he came but I was already struggling through the revolving doors with a newborn and stroller. Not the most welcoming experience. Then the room assigned was dilapidated. Luckily, Donna was able to chage out the room. Big shout out to her for helping.

Highly rated Our initially arrival was a little rocky, the reception area was overwhelmed and service was patchy after a long journey from London. We would have appreciated a welcome drink and help with the luggage as I was travelling with two young children.

Housekeeping is understaffed - although a did receive a courtesy service call each night to ensure all the requests were met.
Pros
Breakfast is fabulous. Special mention to Elroy, Miguel and Brian. What a wonderful spread, high quality ingredients and outstanding service. This team deserves a bonus.
Evening tapas team. Simply excellent. They made our evening very welcoming. Food quality was a high standard. Bonus should be granted for the team.
Customer service was brilliant by Kevin (conference services management team). Well appreciated on spending time to help us on our first day. My girls loved the treat hampers and I was able to contact Kevin anytime during the stay which I found very helpful.
By the end of this trip, we concluded this was a far better place than the neighbourhood luxury chains purely because they attended to us on a bespoke level. Thank you so much team.
