Disgusting hotel Woodspring Suites Port Orange We went on Daytona Bike Week so we knew prices quoted online would be different, however, we didn’t know they would say $169 on the telephone and then be charged (yes by 3rd party Expedia) $270 per night. The lady at the reception desk (Moneisha) claimed we had misunderstood so we moved on. After spending the night there, we barely slept due to the “guests” that were already in the room. Several roaches roaming freely in the room. After complaining to Moneisha, she shrugged her shoulders indicating there was nothing she could do. We asked her to contact her manager. She also said it was too bad we didn’t enjoy our stay but… Needless to say, we rate this as below 0. Dirty & zero customer service,

Loud. We stayed 2 nights for work. Stay away from room 113. They are loud and live there. Played music til 4am and yelled at us after making a noise complaint. So the front desk informed him who complained…. That seems weird. We moved rooms the next night. The person in room 113 came out to the hallway when I went to walk my dog and yelled at me… it was wild and scary. The manager never spoke to us. The pet fee was $50 even though I called 2x to ask and was told $15/night. Smelled like pot smoke on the first and 4th floors the whole time. Outside there were used condoms in the grass and parking lot my dog found. I would t stay here again unless I had to.

Horrible review Worst hotel we have ever stayed in! Upon arrival we were given a room key and opened a room that was already in use! The constant dog barking and bad smells! The other people that stay here are so unbelievably loud! You hear yelling at kids and loud music until way past 11:30 pm! We had no ice available ! Couldn’t get any extra pillows or towels ! The smell of pop and vaping products were so over whelming! Then the elevator was broke for the whole weekend and we were on the 4th floor! Had to use the steps which at one time had either dog or human urine all over them! So dirty and actually should be shut down as it is basically one step above prison! The doors don’t even lock when you leave unless you slam them multiple times and we just didn’t feel safe! Horrible horrible horrible … don’t stay here!

Excellent place to stay. I love the fact that I can cook for myself. Everything is brand new and works. You have everything you need to cook with a plenty of room for storage. If you need to wash your clothes, they have an area for that. The staff is super friendly and courteous. I recommend the hotel for anyone.
