Bed Bugs _ and Disregard We had a very disappointing experience at WorldMark Estancia in the Summer 2022. A little over halfway through our trip we discovered bed bugs in our room. _ We spent approximately 16 hours laundering _ and making sure we didn’t take bed bugs into a new room or home with us before someone at the resort offered to help in anyway. We had to make contact numerous times with the front desk to ask how they desired to handle the situation and what their protocol was for bed bugs. When we spoke with the assistant manager we were made to feel like we were the problem (she said “she travels differently than us and bed bugs wouldn’t happen to her”). They offered us (with lots of disrespect) some Wyndham points, however, all we genuinely wanted was to be heard and have someone recognize that it was handed with disregard to our family. It comes down to a comment those in charge made “that we were not owners and they couldn’t handle it the same way as they would with an owner”. So, unfortunately, I would take precautions when staying here if you aren’t a WorldMark owner. If you are an owner, check the beds to make sure you are not welcoming bed bugs into your home and disrespect into your stay. *Bites didn’t show up until 2 weeks later (so we wouldn’t have known had we not seen the big one night) & I have more pictures and videos of the whole experience.

Not worth it We arrived a few hours early, and they turned the room over to us, then things went south, while we were bringing things to the room the maintenance guy walked in, (glad we were not undressed), so I went to the check in desk to address the fact the hot tub was 64 degrees and the room was not ready, answer "you were early" I get that, tell us to come back at the right time when the room is ready!! IF A ROOM IS READY early check in is great, if its not TELL ME!!, then the maintenance manager tells me the hot tub will warm in 3 hours ... ((*&@(&#(*&$) LIES 8 person hot tub will not warm to >100 degrees from 64 in 3 hours more like 10 +, then they had not cleaned the BBQ properly and I started it to heat up the grates so I could scrub them clean and it fill the entire deck with smoke, when I opened the door to shut it off it set off all the alarms in the suite, had to shut off the BBQ pull it totally apart (after it cooled) and clean it so dinner was 3 hours late..., we were scheduled to stay until Tuesday morning, we ended up leaving sunday night.

Great Location. Excellent Staff. Lovely Accommodations. We stayed in a lovely 3 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor. It had everything we needed and lots of space. My only complaint would be the thin walls. We could hear our rowdy neighbors all night long. The resort had lovely pools, a couple pickle ball courts, a basketball court, and a playground. There was also a games room that had a pool table, ping pong, and just outside, a horseshoe pit. The gym kept it's equipment clean and in good condition.

Ohhh, my favorite We stayed here by an absolute miracle with our crappy RCI timeshare exchange. We checked in on Christmas Eve afternoon and it was a breeze. Our unit was located on the 3rd floor they have an elevator and a bell cart to get all of your goodies to your room. The unit was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath on a single story layout. 1 king bed, 1 queen and 2 twins. The kitchen was a large eat and was equipped with basic supplies. I tend to bring extra paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags which I am glad I did. The unit was spacious and clean. It included a full size washer and dryer. The balcony overlooked the pool and our unit had a gorgeous view to the northwest. In addition to the great unit. The pool is enormous as well as the jacuzzi and they have a small play structure next to the pool that the kids loved. This is such a great location as a home base for Zion, Bryce, and Snow Canyon Parks. We had a few hiccups with the electric outlets and the staff came quickly to fix. Thanks Worldmark for providing an awesome place for the family to hangout. We will be back
