Stayed for two nights. Liked that it was relatively close to downtown Palm Springs by car. Staff was courteous and friendly, grounds were well maintained and dog friendly. Only complaint was bed was extremely firm and sofa bed mattress was a little on the thin side and noisy. On signage, look for The Plaza Resort and Spa, not WorldMark Palm Springs. All in all, was pleased with value and service. Will return again.

Family of six Great staff overall especially the reception desk, security and housekeeping as well. Hotel was very clean and accessible to most of the attractions in Palm Springs.
