Came for our anniversary. Disappointed at the end. This was a very interesting stay to say the least. The accommodations themselves were great for what we were looking for, a nice bed, a kitchen and close to what we wanted to do. And we came for our anniversary. Would we stay here again based on that and price? Sure but would reconsider now. Now comes the parts we were not happy with. This is 100% a timeshare presentation when you book full price just to stay and they sucker you in with a week stay. We were actually interested in a week stay and said yes based on the stipulations at the front desk telling us we can leave after 45 mins cause we had a important medical appointment with a 7 hour drive ahead of us. Great. We get there and immediately get told that’s not the case and we have a minimum 90 minute timeshare presentation when we were also told it was a “open house” to share how we enjoyed the property, etc. since they just opened to the public to allow bookings. after some back and forth with one of the gentleman, I overheard someone else tell him they can give us the week and let us leave but he decided to just give us our $40 deposit back and not offer the week vacation despite being promised the world when we checked in and we would be accommodated. Potentially lost a sale right there. Second of all, we witnessed at the pool a very creepy situation. A man came in by himself and not near any of the families there, sat down and started watching children play. At one point grabbing one of the little girls and she screamed her head off. We went to the front desk to have it addressed and the maintenance men were sent over to investigate and all they did was walk around the pool and not do anything. Not even talk to the guy. We went back to the front desk and told them this isn’t ok and you don’t have to accuse the guy but talk to him and find out if he is here with family. Disappointed how this was handled as my husband and I do not have children but made us question the safety of the property if they couldn’t handle that and when we do have children, would we stay here again. Maybe the man was with family and it was his granddaughter BUT he sat alone and not near any families and the girl screamed her head off. Immediately my gut said something was off. I’d rather say something and it be nothing than potentially a child be harmed. I would hope other people would have done the same. It felt like a moment out of the TV show what would you do. As far as we know nothing came of it. All in all, pretty disappointed in the lack of correct communication and not being told the truth with the timeshare presentation and we couldn’t be accommodated. This was unprofessional confusion.

Great family visit This was a family trip that included 3 grandboys ages 2-8years old. Our primary goal was to explore the nearby Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. All family members enjoyed the resort’s outdoor pools, shuffleboard, mini-golf and other available activities. Our well-appointed 2-bedroom room easily accommodated our 3 adult/3 children family. We’ll be back!

Great property but high-pressure sales people who won't accept a no. Excellent units and facilities--new furnishings, impeccably clean. The housekeeping staff were amazing and super responsive. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and well cared for. (But it would have been nice to have the pool heated more. It was too cold to swim in.) The problem with this resort is the high-pressure sales staff. Both at check in and during our stay, they would not take "no" for an answer. We have stayed here twice. The first time was a couple years ago when the units were in the midst of being updated and upgraded. We assumed that when we came a second time, the sales people would back off. But we were wrong. During both stays we were badgered with phone calls to our unit (interrupting our movies and other activities) and personalized flyers even after telling them repeatedly that we were not interested. This was stressful and made it difficult to fully relax on our vacation. We come on vacation to get away from the pressures of life, not to invite more pressures.

Better than ever! This was a one week stay to celebrate a birthday. We received two calls (that I answered) prior to our arrival to answer any questions, etc. I mentioned the upcoming birthday (76 years old! Unbelievable!!) and one day after our arrival we found a bag of goodies on our unit's door knob wishing me a Happy Birthday. We were on the top floor (3rd floor) at the end of the floor so no one could see the bag and it was "safe". The St. George community is, in my opinion, an incredibly safe and friendly one. The resort is very busy over the weekend with families, mostly from Utah, coming to enjoy themselves. A GREAT place for a family vacation. There is ample parking under a shaded area so the summer sun won't cook your car or anything you leave in it. The people at the front desk were very friendly. I guess one item I noticed, and it might have only been me, but the speed of the Internet service plummeted from the morning speed to the night time. Still livable but for me a bit of a frustration. The TV reception was also noticeably bad. We would be watching a program and the picture would freeze, break up with a loss of signal, and once we even got a message (I think they get a signal from DirecTV) "loss of signal" that appeared on the screen. So who goes on vacation to watch TV?? So it did rain and snow a bit while we were there, but no big deal on the TV reception. Overall this is a really great place to vacation and i would recommend it heartily. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. One more thing, since it does have a lot of families staying here, the top floor (3rd) is a lot quieter than the others. The elevators work great, too!

Nice & quiet, could have improvements Nice quiet Resort when you needed it, though they were doing parking lot repaving but we knew that ahead of time so it was okay. Need to do a better job cleaning and providing more kitchen items for a condo timeshare. Had a tea kettle when asked but should be in room along w/place mats, cloth napkins, dish basket. Spare shower handle cover loose, gross something on inside of spare bath shower curtain, cheapos for charging for internet (who does that anymore besides this place?), hair on walls of shower and in tub, less but still hair in spare shower.
