Concierge is all about sales leads Check-in was quick and easy – as it should be for owners when the company has all of our relevant information on file. The concierge was friendly, but as often happens with Wyndham, was inaccurate or misleading when she told us we needed to meet with the sales staff so we could be properly enrolled in the new computer system. Consequently, my wife and I wasted over an hour and a half for a 60-minute sales pitch. This is typical of how Wyndham treats its owners. Our unit was modern, mostly clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, but I wonder about the filters in the HVAC system: Major dust stains marred the walls by the vents. And a few other things need attention. For example, luggage carts are scarce, the dumpsters need more frequent dumping because critters have access when the lids cannot close, and underground parking is not as secure as it appears because anyone can walk in or drive in. Otherwise, it’s a nice facility.

Incredible Stay This is the easiest 5-star rating I have ever given to an establishment. The staff was incredible during our entire stay, and every single person was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful with any need we had. Our journey started off a bit rough as Priceline (who we booked the hotel through) lied about our booking, and never actually completed the booking through the hotel itself. When my partner and I arrived, exhausted from a day of stressful travels and delays, we were notified that our name and confirmation number did not exist for our booking. Instead of turning us away, as the fault was ENTIRELY on Priceline, they comped us an even better room, and made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Priceline did nothing to admit their fault and their customer service agents were horrible, and the Wyndham took it upon themselves to make sure that we were taken care of. I have never been so impressed by the professionalism, compassion, and kindness of a team as I have during my stay here. I can not write enough good things about them, and specifically want to draw attention to Faith for helping out so much during the process. Both her and her supervisor were patient with us, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us make our stay the best vacation ever. I will absolutely be returning, and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff aside, the hotel is full of great amenities, and the shuttle that picks you up during ski-season to take you to the mountain comes on time, directly to the hotel, and frequently. There are multiple jacuzzi's around the property, and the staff is there to make sure you are educated on all surrounding restaurants, activities, and everything Steamboat has to offer.

Great team, great location, perfect for families. The staff at the Steamboat Resort is the best! They are so nice and responsive. Greg, the manager, is awesome. We love going back to Steamboat every year because the staff is so good, the location is perfect, and we know what we are getting in terms of the units. We enjoy using the shuttles which are super convenient plus the drivers are friendly and fun. We appreciate the amenities such as the pool, hot tubs, grills, weight room. We booked two units this year. Each had different issues primarily in that the appliances are getting old. Maintenance staff was readily available to handle our problems. Wyndham should think about replacing some of the appliances soon. Each unit is fully equipped with everything we needed to feed our group: pots and pans, dishes, toaster, blender, etc. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were quiet and dark. The only issue we had to contend with was the difficulty regulating the heat in each bedroom. But we worked around it! We enjoyed the fireplace, too. All in all, Wyndham's Steamboat location is great. One of our very favorites.

Nice resort, great location, efficient shuttle to the ski area! Had a wonderful stay and would come back in a flash! The hot tub was conveniently located, perfect temperature and a must after a full day of skiing. The staff at the Steamboat Wyndham was easy to deal with and extremely helpful.

Winter Vacation The rooms are well equipped and have everything you need. They are also very nice and clean, would recommend staying here to everyone. The people in the reception and the room service are nice and very attentive people.
