Itinerary at a Glance
- Day 1: Start your culinary adventure with lunch and an apéritif, followed by a welcome dinner.
- Day 2: After touring an olive-oil mill, you’ll return to Casa Gregorio for a pastry-making class.
- Day 3: Shop at the farmers’ market for ingredients for the antipasti class.
- Day 4: Learn how fresh sausage is made and take a class on primi piatti, or the first course of a meal.
- Day 5: You’ll have two wine tastings in the cabernet-rich Val Comino region before a cooking class on side and second-course dishes.

2. Can we extend our trip before or after the promotional dates for the deal? Yes. Epitourean can arrange for lodging either before or after the main tour, plus any day excursions requested.
3. How do I find out if the dates I want to travel are available? Customers should call 800-390-3292 or email customerservice@epitourean.com to inquire about desired dates. Customers should be a little flexible in choosing their dates. Epitourean will do everything possible to accommodate the requested dates, but we also run this tour virtually every week throughout the year.
4. What happens if I buy the voucher and my travel dates are not available? If the dates requested by the customer are not available, they can request flexible dates so that they can use their voucher for a future date (where we honor the discounted price and pre-paid status), or they can request a refund, as long as it is within the refund period.
5. Does my child need a voucher, and can they stay in my room? This package is sold on a per person basis regardless of age. Due to the nature of this tour, minimum age is 14.
