You’ll have a posh experience from the start: you’ll be picked up at Rome’s Fiumicino airport in a luxury vehicle and taken to the Palazzo Tour d’Eau, a 19th-century mansion turned hotel perched on the town’s highest hilltop. Your days will be filled with gourmet meals with wine—all of which are included—hands-on cooking classes, and guided sightseeing excursions throughout the Italian countryside.

  • Day 1: After making your own way to Rome’s Fiumicino airport, you’ll be transferred to the hotel in Abruzzo and enjoy a welcome dinner in Carunchio.
