You’ll explore the shores of the Persian Gulf, splitting your time between the two biggest metropolises in the United Arab Emirates: Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Guided tours acquaint you with each city, but you’ll also have free time and the opportunity to take side trips. This tour includes:

Days 1–6: Flight and Dubai
After an overnight flight, you’ll explore Dubai’s striking contrasts on the banks of Dubai Creek. Tour the narrow aisles of gold souks and fragrant spice markets and visit the modern Dubai World Trade Centre on day 3. On day 5, you’ll check out a camel market and the national museum in the city of Al Ain, which served as an oasis for ancient caravans that journeyed across the desert.
- World’s tallest building: Burj Khalifa stretches more than 2,700 feet skyward. Its views extend from the desert to the ocean.
- The Lost Chambers Aquarium is inhabited by 65,000 creatures, including guitarfish and sharks.
- Hili Gardens: One of Al Ain’s better-known public parks, it’s also the site where archaeologists unearthed remnants of a Bronze Age civilization.
- Dubai Museum occupies an 18th-century fort and boasts life-size dioramas of sites in the city and maps that predate Dubai’s oil boom.

Days 6–8: Abu Dhabi and Departure
Travel southwest along the coast on the afternoon of day 6 to reach the UAE’s capital city, Abu Dhabi. A city tour spotlights famous landmarks, including the Corniche. This swath of beachfront ends at the Breakwater, which affords scenic views of the city.
- Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque: Topped with 80 marble towers and four minarets, it has an interior with gemstones and gilded chandeliers. At night, blue lights illuminate its white façade.
- Heritage Village depicts Bedouin life with traditional goat-hair tents, re-created souks, and historical pearl-diving equipment.

Yes, each person traveling (including children) needs to purchase a voucher. Your child may stay in your room; however, there are limits as to how many people per room.
