1. What travel documents are required? US-born travelers will need a valid passport or a government-issued photo ID and a certified copy of their birth certificate in order to travel. If you are not a US-born traveler, please check with your consulate for required documents.

3. What happens if I buy the voucher and my travel dates are not available? You can be refunded. We suggest calling iCruise.com at 855-544-6415 to redeem your vouchers as soon as possible so that you do not run into this problem.
4. Does my child need a voucher, and can they stay in my room? This deal is priced per person, based on double occupancy. Triple and quad occupancy accommodation is on request. Please call iCruise.com at 855-544-6415 to check on availability.
5. Can I upgrade my cabin type? Sorry, upsells are not available at the time of booking. The voucher must be purchased for the category in which you wish to sail. If you change your mind you can get a refund, and purchase a new voucher for your desired date and accommodations.
6. Can I bring drinks onboard? Guests are limited to bringing a maximum of 12 sealed, unopened cans/cartons of 12oz. each or less per person of non-alcoholic beverages and must be in carry-on luggage. Outside alcohol is not permitted except for day of embark, when guests 21+ may bring one 750ml. bottle of wine or champagne unsealed and unopened in carry-on luggage. 7. Can the ship accommodate special diets, such as vegetarian and vegan dining or food allergies? Yes. Guests can receive meals suited to the following dietary needs: vegetarian, low-cholesterol, low-fat, low-carbohydrates, low-sugar, and gluten free. Chefs make every effort to fulfill requests, and guests should speak with the headwaiter or dining room host in advance for assistance in meal planning and the first evening of the cruise. Although there are a number of options at the various restaurants on board, special dietary and food requests can only be accommodated in the main dining rooms. If dining in the Lido Restaurant, guests should discuss requirements with senior dining staff.
8. Is dining included? There are always restaurants open and available at which guests can eat at no additional charge. There are also specialty restaurants available for guests to visit for an additional cost, which varies depending on the restaurant.
