1. What travel documents are required? US-born travelers will need a valid passport or certified birth certificate and government issued photo ID in order to travel. If you are not a US-born traveler, please check with your consulate for required documents.

3. Does my child need a voucher, and can they stay in my room? This deal is priced per person, based on double occupancy. Triples and quads are on request. Please call iCruise at 877-865-3236 to check on availability for triple and quad stateroom.

4. Can I upgrade my cabin type? Sorry, upsells are not available at the time of booking. Voucher must be purchased for the category in which you wish to sail. If you change your mind you can get a refund or purchase a new voucher for your desired date and accommodations.

5. Can I bring drinks onboard? Guests are prohibited from bringing any beverages, including liquor, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks such as water, soda and juices onboard the ships either as carry on or checked luggage, with the exception or purified or distilled water in factory-sealed containers for use in conjunction with medical devices or for the reconstitution of infant formula. Due to Hawaiian beverage laws, unlimited alcohol packages are not available on the ship.

6. Can the ship accommodate special diets, such as vegetarian and vegan dining or food allergies? Yes. Guests can receive meals suited to the following dietary needs: vegetarian, low-cholesterol, low-fat, low-carbohydrates, low-sugar, and gluten free. Chefs make every effort to fulfill requests, and guests should speak with the headwaiter or dining room host in advance for assistance in meal planning and the first evening of the cruise. Although there are a number of options at the various restaurants onboard, special dietary and food requests can only be accommodated in the main dining rooms.

7. What can I use my shore excursion credit toward? You will receive a voucher with instructions and a code on how to redeem your credits with Shore Excursion Group, online, at least a week prior to your departure.

8. Is dining included? There are always restaurants open and available at which guests can eat at no additional charge. There are also specialty restaurants available for guests to visit for an additional cost, which varies depending on the restaurant.
