Days 1 and 2: Arrival and Tahiti
With its soft beaches, turquoise lagoons, and volcanic peaks, Tahiti is a textbook picture of paradise. Thanks to the island’s compact size, you’re never more than an hour or so from Papeete, French Polynesia’s capital.
