Located on the southeastern shores of Oahu, Waikiki Beach is one of Hawaii’s most famous swaths of sand—first as a summer retreat for 19th-century royalty and now as a bustling strip where sun, surf, and shopping converge. Seaside Hotel Waikiki’s 125 rooms are spread out across 13 floors, making it a rather intimate hotel compared to neighboring properties. Partial ocean-view double and king rooms are located on the hotel’s top four floors, where balconies open up to ocean views. Downstairs, the onsite Cha Cha Cha 2 restaurant serves Mexican fare and tropical margaritas.
