  • Your confirmation invoice will be sent within 48 hours of completing your booking with the travel provider.
  • Your travel documents, including the ship name and itinerary, will be provided 14 days before departure.

• Refund & Changes Policy

  • The excitement of a Mystery Cruise comes from the surprise! To keep the experience fair, we cannot offer refunds or changes if you don’t like the assigned itinerary. However, you can discuss available alternatives with our sales team based on your departure date and port availability.
