Sure, the sprawling property acts as the launching point for thrilling whitewater trips down the eponymous Ocoee River, one of the most rafted waterways in the country for its 5-mile stretch of rapids that wends alongside sheer cliff walls and indigenous wildlife. But it’s also known for its cozy, well-equipped cabins, which were built with native logs that emanate a peacefully rustic, back-to-nature vibe.

• Go for a ride on the river: This voucher includes a whitewater rafting trip for two down the Middle Ocoee section of the river, whose class III and IV rapids slalom through the picture-worthy Ocoee River gorge.
