Composed of rock grapplers who have climbed grueling crags around the world, the gym's experienced climbing staff helps vertical adventurers ascend through numerous routes to expand their skills and tap into their inner tree frog. After signing a waiver, a mandatory free belay class is scheduled for all new climbers. Igneous ascenders can then partner up and attempt to traverse oddball overhangs and tall routes that stretch to the ceiling. Though equipment is not included, first-time rock wranglers can rent a harness, carabiner, belay device, and shoes (all for $5.50), as well as a limited number of helmets ($1) to avoid having to don an unfashionable colander.
