Groups of four women follow a four-part training program,focusing on weight training, cardiovascular training, nutrition, and most importantly, accountability to achieve results. The goal is not only to burn calories and get fit, but to also make easy, healthy lifestyle choices. GISFW customizes workouts to a client’s ability and progress accordingly under direct supervision of a certified personal trainer.
