The 756 sq. in. preseasoned cooking surface features four burners with independent heat settings, so chefs can sear thick steaks and sauté delicate herbs at the same time. When cookouts are complete, the caster-wheeled frame folds down and the griddle can be protected by the UV-treated cover made of extra-heavy-duty canvas with reinforced corners.
