About Sharp

Though Sharp got its name from one of its first products, the Ever-Sharp mechanical pencil it produced in 1915, the name is equally descriptive of the company’s current lineup of HDTVs. As TVs grow bigger, pictures get more lifelike, and sound becomes more vibrant, Sharp has pioneered technologies to meet—and exceed—current standards.
