Unfortunately I had to request a refund because I have not gotten clear answers from anyone about my item that I purchased on December 2. I’ve tried to reach out to the merchant on numerous of times about the shipping date and why I have not received my item. The merchant was very unhappy with me because of how many times I was reaching out, but I still wasn’t given a clear answer on why my item has not been shipped. According to the merchant, FedEx did not pick up my item and they canceled the pick up ,but according to FedEx over the phone, there has been no communication with the merchant. For that matter I reached out to Groupon and let them know what was going on but they were unable to help as well. Throughout this whole experience, all I asked for was updates on shipment but nothing.
